P C Brown LLC Sheridan Wyoming: Certified Counselor and Leadership and Business Success Coach specializing in Emotional IntelligenceAgreement Created for Client whereby Coach Paige Brown agrees to provide access to the Rule Your Own World Toolkit based on a monthly subscription. The coaching services will be focused on working through and identifying self sabotage as well as continuing self care and mindset growth.

This is an agreement between the party stated on the purchase order and P.C. Brown Coaching - Sheridan Wyoming

Description of Coaching:
Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. For the purpose of this Toolkit…the business owner and those they grant access to, will also have access to 2 monthly group coaching for support and guidance throughout their use of the membership. The business owner will also get access to the Slack support channel for themselves and whoever they wish to give access to.

If the number of people exceeds 15, they will be asked to bump up the monthly plan rate. After 30 days if this has not been achieved, all parties affiliated with this group will be removed from the program.

PC Brown Coaching, reserves the right to contact all participants to offer them the opportunity to get their own individual membership if the group entity decides to cancel or does not pay the fee.

In order to terminate services, 30 days notice must be submitted in writing.

If access is being shared without making the correct payment, the person will be dismissed from the program and legal action will be the result.
